Welcome to the 2009-2010 Delaware Summer Reading Program, DE Surf's Up! Surf's Up! is an exciting summer reading program hosted on an all new interactive website. With DE Surf's Up! summer reading website you can log onto the website, surf through the reading lists, find something awesome to read, and choose how you want to respond to what you read. The program is sponsored by the Delaware Department of Education and piloted by Delcastle Technical High School and Howard School of Technology.
It is an online program that is linked to the Delcastle and Howard Libraries to provide resources necessary to support your summer reading. Many of the books and other resources are available at the libraries for your reading pleasure. Then jump on your computer and surf your way through the different ways to respond to your reading.
